Job Summary

First and foremost, we are not a recruitment agency. We offer diverse talent acquisition from the inside of our clients. We don’t charge a fee per hire, we work to a subscription model. 

We build communities of diverse talent and use design methodology to create inclusive systems and processes throughout the talent acquisition life cycle.

And the Talent Partner role?

Our Talent Partners are responsible for creating inclusive talent attraction strategies for their clients, and growing the Hidden talent network. They build strong relationships with their client partners and advise them on all things talent, while delivering outstanding hiring results.

Our Talent Partners lead the conversation with our clients- from objectives, to expectations, to delivery- they manage the partnership with the SLT, Department Heads & Hiring Managers.

* They provide our clients with expert consultancy, market insights and workshops on all things Diversity, Inclusion & Equity

* They team up with our Candidate Success Managers to build specialist Talent Communities and provide clients with access to the very best diverse candidates from their network

* Our TPs also lead the implementation of our Apps & CRM within our Partners and educate them on the 'Why, What & How?' of underpinning their Talent Acquisition with our Tech

(* There's also some hands-on Recruitment across permanent, freelance & FTC hiring)

* Not to forget defining, redesigning and managing these clients' hiring needs, recruitment process and strategy

* As well as managing the day to day relationship with these clients, ensuring they renew their Subscription with us Q after Q!

We don't take a cookie- cutter approach to building our team of exceptional Talent Partners. But we have learned that some traits will definitely set you up for success..

* Strong communication & stakeholder management skills (probably gained through experience in managing work stream timelines & wrangling client expectations)

* An adaptable 'roll with the punches' approach to working in a fast-paced & evolving environment, and a proactive solutions-focused nature

* Understanding the ambiguity of working for a startup & being excited by the opportunity that comes from unpredictability

* An innate (or painfully self trained) ability to juggle multiple priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail

* An appetite for continuous learning & opportunities to up skill yourself, and the awareness that growth often happens outside our comfort zone (sorry!)

* A personality that can lead a project team one day, and pick up the slack for them the next day

1. Product:📱

Our Candidate app gives authentic insight into our partners and their culture, so candidates can get a genuine understanding of what that company can offer them.

Our Employer app for Hiring Managers allows us to present anonymous profiles (removing name, age, gender and education) to tackle unconscious bias at submission stage. We then run the full interview process through the app right through to offer, streamlining the process and gathering data on hiring trends.

2. Consult: 📊

This is broken down into many work streams including data analytics, workforce planning, inclusive on-boarding, employer branding consultation and redesigning talent attraction and interview processes, to create the most equitable talent strategy possible.

3. Talent: 🎯

We cover permanent, freelance and contract hiring from entry through to C-Suite, and partner with businesses to develop talent initiatives, including OPEN to replace the grad scheme and The Wayve to aid boardroom diversity.
