The Role

As a candidate success manager the role is to be the vital link between clients and candidates. Responsible for attracting candidates and growing the Hidden network, you will build relationships in order to add value to your network while delivering outstanding results for our Partners.

Working as a Candidate Success Manager, you'll build the Hidden network through proactive networking, headhunting and gaining referrals, while simultaneously researching and developing hidden pools of talent representative of minoritised people.

Day to day you will;

- Gain an in-depth understanding of the candidate's needs
- Be responsible for driving the growth of candidate networks, communicating common candidate behaviours and trends to our partners and the wider team
- Work with candidates to ensure they're receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals
- Straddle the gap between service and sales, between company interest and candidate interest, and between product expertise and candidate insight
- Be the experts in your given field and a trusted advisor to understand, grow and own communities
- Actively engage in and drive conversations through social media and your own networks about key topics such as diversity, inclusion, equity, culture and workplace trends
- Be experts in the proprietary technology and evangelical about how it can improve candidates experience
- Consult with candidates and be the talent expert to facilitate recruitment processes and negotiate on behalf of your candidates

Experience we are looking for;

- Owning conversations about talent and market trends, and proactively informing stakeholders and driving processes forward
- Adapting briefs where necessary & managing stakeholders to to drive efficient recruitment processes
- Using a variety of methods to attract talent, i.e. the dots, git hub, twitter, slack channels
- Working with stakeholders to gain a good understanding of their companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment and taking this information to the candidate market
- Creating engaging content to advertise vacancies across a range of media and digital formats
- Identifying, approaching and engaging suitable candidates for open vacancies and as a pipeline of future talent
- Facilitating excellent recruitment processes end to end
- Able to offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay or salary, training and career progression

Remote Working

This role can be 100% remote based and so no location is out of bounds. We also will return to an office after the pandemic so there will be an option for office based roles (close to the Farringdon area). We are open to discssuing flexible working for this role so please feel free to ask on application.
