What Hunted Says

Hidden is changing the game in the Creative and Tech industries.Working in partnership with companies via an embedded, on-site model, we act as an extension of our partners' team to redesign hiring processes, find the best talent out there and give this talent the platform to fulfill their potential. Our in-house designed apps amplify our impact and facilitate our vision by allowing hiring managers to view candidates anonymously via tailored profiles which represent individual as an avitar. We showcase clients' employer branding and culture in a vibrant and colourful way - using images, video and text to tell their story. We don't believe in culture-fit, we believe in culture-add. We are not a recruitment agency. As a business, we believe in supporting each individual in a way that takes into account their personal circumstances and gives them the best foundation for success. If you're passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and are excited by the opportunity to be part of something new and challenging with big ambitions, we'd love to hear from you.
