Hidden are changing recruitment. We've built a platform that will rid bias within hiring processes for the Tech and Creative industry. We've built our own SaaS platform that blends technology and the human touch to create the ultimate hiring platform. Our model combines our Hidden Candidate Success Team (Tribe) and Onsite Talent Partners to consult with leading tech and creative companies ranging from smaller agencies like Vayner Media to large networks like Wunderman and McCann. As a Tribe member or Onsite Partner, you become the influence to their growth strategy, partnering with hiring managers and internal recruitment teams, attending industry events, and working on improving diversity, excluding bias, and implementing change in mindsets of those involved in the recruitment process.

I adore the process of getting to know an agency inside and out. Our role truly affects our partners on a strategic level. I have complete freedom and autonomy to act as a true Consultant and honest when onsite with the full backing of the Hidden team. I've had the opportunity to improve talent decisions and hiring processes rather than just pushing CVs. It's a completely different way of recruiting compared to traditional agency. But it's a challenge that's exciting, fresh and honestly needed in the industry.
What we’re doing here is genuinely different from anything I’ve been involved with previously and the potential of where we can go is unlimited. Hidden encourages creativity giving you freedom to work how you want. The job isn’t just speaking to candidates on the phone all day. We attend events, are on site with our clients, and given the tools and time to understand both the candidate market and our clients. Getting to work with our Talent and Employer apps as well as working closely with developers to continually improve user experience. Hidden itself is a relaxed place to be. We all know what needs to be done, but we’re given the freedom to do it how and when we want... while listening to tunes along the way. We’ve grown into a very close-knit group of people and despite people being off-site at different locations, every Friday we’re all at HQ and it’s like we’ve been together all week!

Introducing Hidden to our talent team has been a great success. Our dedicated talent manager has quickly established herself as one of us. She has set a high bar in terms of the quality of candidates she identifies and subsequently filters before making recommendations to the hiring manager. Whilst it’s easy to justify the proposition on a cost-benefit alone, we feel like we’re winning on quality and effectiveness too.
Unconscious bias can be a huge setback in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We’ve made great strides in creating a forward-thinking environment, starting with recruitment. Through Hidden we recruit anonymously, removing identifying details from resumes, purposefully avoiding any conscious and unconscious biases of those we’re hiring.
Hidden has been a key partner for supporting Vend’s growth in EMEA. Richard and his team are very communicative, supportive and able to find those ‘unicorn’ candidates everyone is looking for. Their product and business model is innovative and certainly amongst the top options in the market.
