The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role and will ideally have previous launched new desks or verticals. Any previous exposure to software development recruitment would also be highly advantageous. Additionally, experience of recruiting, building and managing teams would be beneficial as the role has the capacity to quickly develop into a team lead or "Head of.." role. We also want candidates with a demonstrable track record of building candidate communities through meet-ups, innovative content and ultimately acting as trusted advisors to the marketplace.
This is a 360 hands-on role building out a new function within the Harrington Starr brand. Whilst this is a new desk you will have access to our existing client base who want us to work on a variety of their software development roles which is not something we currently offer. The opportunity has the potential to very quickly become a team lead position at which point additional bonuses and earning potential come into effect. You will be given the chance to recruit and manage your own team provided leadership is something that appeals to you but opportunities will also present themselves to people who don't want to manage. Either way, the desk is whatever you make of it! The market is very candidate driven with average salaries of $150,000+
