What we are looking for...
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with recruitment experience in Digital / IT Development. You will be given a warm desk to land with a large portfolio of clients including major enterprises as well as many mid-market and tech start-up clients that are easy to engage with. The position will have one direct report who is a resourcer and the view is to grow this person into a team Manager.

You'll be expected to take a rigorous axe- throwing assessment.

We want to you feel motivated and driven to succeed every day of the week, month, quarter and year. Whether you're just finding your feet or absolutely flying.
That's why we have no thresholds in our commission structure- you'll earn a percentage of your billings from the very first dollar.
Here's how it looks on a quarterly basis:
* $0 to $30,000 = 5% commission = $1,500 = $1,500 cumulative
* $30,001 to $60,000 = 15% commission = $4,500 = $6,000 cumulative
* $60,001 to $90,000 = 20% commission = $6,000 = $12,000 cumulative
* $90,001 to $120,000 = 30% commission = $9,000 = $21,000 cumulative
*$120,001 to $150,000+ = 50% commission = $15,000+ = $36,000+ cumulative
