What we are looking for...

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing software development recruitment desk. Software development has been a highly lucrative market for us here in Sydney and we are busier than ever so there is a lot of money to be made. We are looking for a recruitment consultant with 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience in software dev, UX/UI or DevOps to join our team of 3. As a 360 consultant you will help create and build new relationships to expand the software engineering specialism. As a senior recruitment consultant, you’ll understand how important building exceptional relationships with candidates and clients is, and so we don’t believe you need to be micro-managed. There is a genuine career path with a clear structure in place for promotion which in-line with our future growth plans, provides you with the potential to fast track your career. We have an uncapped commission scheme with no threshold and above all a fun, collaborative and inclusive culture.

You'll be expected to take a rigorous axe- throwing assessment.

We want to you feel motivated and driven to succeed every day of the week, month, quarter and year. Whether you're just finding your feet or absolutely flying. That's why we have no thresholds in our commission structure- you'll earn a percentage of your billings from the very first dollar. Here's how it looks on a quarterly basis: * $0 to $30,000 = 5% commission = $1,500 = $1,500 cumulative * $30,001 to $60,000 = 15% commission = $4,500 = $6,000 cumulative * $60,001 to $90,000 = 20% commission = $6,000 = $12,000 cumulative * $90,001 to $120,000 = 30% commission = $9,000 = $21,000 cumulative *$120,001 to $150,000+ = 50% commission = $15,000+ = $36,000+ cumulative
