This allows us to work flexibly, whether it be in the office, waiting to meet a candidate, working in a cafe or from home. All of our consultants have access to Jobsite/Totaljobs, CV Library/Resume Library, Reed, CW Jobs and LinkedIn Jobs for candidate searching and advertising. We also have the support of an in-house marketing team who help with creating video content, producing blog posts, marketing literature and candidate packs and proposals. This allows our team to strengthen their own personal brands by producing relevant content consistently alongside their role. We also have a corporate services team providing finance and HR support. Our team ranges from 360 specialist recruiters to delivery consultants and on-site RPO consultants, covering both permanent and contract roles.
