The Opportunity

Associate: As an Associate, you will be responsible for mandate delivery from client instruction to presenting a proposed shortlist to the Portfolio Director. From there, you will support the Portfolio Director in candidate and client management to close the project successfully. As part of mandate delivery, you will also be responsible for identifying and communicating potential leads to the business as well as identifying and interpreting candidate community trends that can contribute to Human Capital market intelligence and marketing. Senior Associate: As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for mandate delivery in its entirety within a portfolio, managing both the client and candidate community. You will play an essential role in supporting the Portfolio Director with key tasks from attending and delivering pitches with established Human Capital clients to identifying candidates and managing them through the Human Capital search process.
