Our ultimate philosophy is to partner with our clients and act as an extension to their business whilst at the same time engaging with the best available talent in the market. This allows us to act with speed and consult with confidence. West Recruitment recognises that each industry sector requires specialist knowledge and expertise, which is why we have a team of experienced consultants that understand the key needs of our clients in each unique sector. Who are We?

West Recruitment was formed in 2006 to service the rapidly expanding Western Sydney market in Accounting and Finance. Our model was simple- connect the best talent in Western Sydney with the growing corporate landscape throughout suburban Sydney. The model was an instant success, and as a result we won the ‘BRW Fast Starter’ award in 2009 and 2010. Since then, West has expanded to have an office in the Sydney CBD allowing us to be able to service the entire Sydney region. The idea for West was born when our Directors David Smith & Sean Johnston grew tired of the 'one size fits all’ approach to large agency recruitment. Dave & Sean wanted to create a recruitment environment that was fun to work in, yet gave every consultant the freedom and support to reach their potential.
