Principal Consultant

We are looking for a Principal Consultant to join the Nord Recruit team. We focus purely within the IT market within Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark and you will join which market we think will suit you best as a 360 consultant. Must have: - Proven billings of £200,000 within the last 12 months - Interested in developing with a fast growing start-up Bonus: - Experience mentoring Junior Recruiters - Can work independently and have experience working in a European market What we can offer: - Top biller incentives (Choice of watch, holidays) - Young and exciting atmosphere/offices. Trainees: £20k basic + 18% commission Consultants: £22,500 basic + 20% commission Senior Consultants: £25,000 basic + 22.5% commission Principal Consultants: £28,000 basic + 25% commission Team Lead/Principal consultants: £30,000 basic + 25% commission + TL bonus Deals sizes range between £9,000 and £15,000

On average, our consultants bill £190,000 a year. £150,000 - You earn £52,500 £190,000 - You earn £67,750 £250,000 - You earn £97,500 + bonuses £300,000 - You earn £105,000 + bonuses
