We want to have a positive impact on society and below are just a few examples of the things we do to contribute: • Through our ‘Refer a friend’ scheme we make a donation of £250 to the referrer’s charity of choice • In 2018 we raised money for the charity Seeing is Believing as part of the Standard Chartered Great City Race • In 2019 we completed the Tower 42, Vertical Rush challenge in aid of Shelter • All of our employees are given an additional 2 days paid leave per year for Volunteering Days Additionally, we have a variety of in-house lighthearted competitions as well as setting up team sports events, which not only adds to our employee well being but also aids our chosen charities. We strongly encourage our team members to come up with new ideas to help maintain our CSR policy and to get everyone involved.
