Continuing on the success of the teams, we are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant (w/m/d) to join our team!

What Does The Role Include?

Starting with taking over a warm desk as our lovely Verena goes on maternity leave, this is a permanent and full-time role on a desk that is currently run by one of our top billers! You will be required to grow existing relationships whilst seeking new opportunities to develop business. 

Reporting to the Associate Director who heads up the Munich office,
we're creating an opportunity for you to not only take over a HOT desk but you'll be given the opportunity to put your stamp on it and potentially grow a team.

Who We Look For:

⭐ Comfortable speaking and communicating in German and English is a must for this role as our Munich teams are very bilingual! 

⭐ Ideally at least 6-12 months experience in recruitment and running a 360° cycles is preferred 

⭐ Experience creating a network is helpful to succeed in this role 

⭐ Proactive work ethic and someone eager to learn 

⭐ Proven track record to meeting and exceeding targets 

⭐ You will have the drive, tenacity, and resilience to thrive as a recruiter and ambition to help grow the brand
