We are looking for a business savvy, solutions orientated, networker to support the growth of our longest standing technology brand, Lawrence Harvey. With a proven pedigree of success, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to partner with our established client base, and also identify, nurture and develop a new one. This role instantly aligns with the future plans of the business and industry, therefore, a unique opportunity to directly impact and own a new venture for the group.
This opportunity has developed itself over the last 2 years, therefore, this is a first for the group! Starting as a standalone role, we have an extensive Database, PSL and client relationships that span 17 years of business here at LHi. Initially, getting your teeth into between 1-10 existing clients collating a SWOT analysis of our existing business, mapping the market and targeting new business opportunities. You will have experience in lead generating, cultivating leads generated for you, pipelining, forecasting, attending B2B customer meetings, CRM management, and must have strong networking skills at all levels from manager to C-level executives. Stakeholder engagement is vital for this role; strong comprehension of the tech market, articulating opportunities to expand our services and collaborating with all customers to create a smooth sales process.
You will be working daily with LHi Director level stakeholders to help shape the direction of the business, and will be immersed into the inclusive LHi culture that the business has been built on. You’ll need a minimum of 2+ years’ experience within solutions sales or a business development focused consultancy. Evidence of client relations, developing and winning new business, articulate and astute with resolving hiring needs, leading the charge in a solo role and exposure to management.
