The Opportunity

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Contract Piper Maddox Austin, Texas Renewable Energy From $50K basic with OTE $100K+ uncapped commission, no draw or desk fee So what are we looking for? Someone to join the Piper Maddox brand (trading style of LHi Group Inc) and bring with them the same passion for 'changing lives and saving the planet' that the current team possess. You don’t need to have a renewable energy recruitment background, we’d consider other disciplines. A full life-cycle recruitment role, you will need to have business development experience as well as the ability to engage with predominantly passive candidate pools and take them to market. We are open to meeting people of all experience levels. If you’re looking to relocate from the UK on an E2 visa, you will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience (their rules not ours).

The people you’ll be working with...

The team are starting off as a 4, the office will be 12 by mid-year. You’ll be working alongside a highly experienced contract leader who has (we won’t say how much, but A LOT) of recruitment experience spanning the UK, New York, Houston and even Korea. In addition, the USA Managing Director will be based out of the Austin office and he has a real passion for developing people (and cars) and you’ll be learning from the best. As well as these two, our top performing consultant from across the group will be in Austin! He has built a desk in a little over 12 months and has billed $500K this year, (he’s picking up a Rolex at the Christmas party). So the office will be small, but high performing. As Shakespeare said "though she be but little, she is fierce!"
