Senior Consultant to Team Lead Life Sciences - SciPro New York Base from $55k - $80K OTE $120K (year 1) Why would you join SciPro? Our US commission scheme pays out to 40%, uncapped, there is no draw, no desk fee and we pay a team override to anyone in management. Our average fee size in SciPro is $53K and we are a mix of retained and contingent. Our recently released equity scheme is available to all including Consultants, Operations and Leaders, with those responsible for biggest growth areas receiving a larger portion of the 50% that CEO Tom Glanfield has put on the table.

The first of our Leadership Summits, an annual conference for Global Leaders, was held in January 2018 in New York City. The summit brings together all of our Senior Management across all of our locations for 2-3 days of intense workshops and thought provoking seminars.
