Our US commission scheme pays out to 40%, uncapped, there is no draw, no desk fee and we pay a team override to anyone in management. Our average fee size in SciPro is $53K and we are a mix of retained and contingent. Our recently released equity scheme is available to all including Consultants, Operations and Leaders, with those responsible for biggest growth areas receiving a larger portion of the 50% that CEO Tom Glanfield has put on the table.

The summit brings together all of our Senior Management across all of our locations for 2-3 days of intense workshops and thought provoking seminars.
