Guy takes a leading role in the day-to-day operations of the business whilst Matthew has a strong focus on building out our executive search practice, Eames Partnership, as well as all things 'TeamEames' and culture.

Senior management in the business are very supportive, from HR to marketing, there is no doubt Eames is a great platform for any recruiter who wants to be successful.

The company is guided with KPI’s but not driven by them, which is unlike a lot of other agencies of its size.

We like to have fun!

We work hard and are very results driven, but we also know how to celebrate our achievements and have fun. We have various monthly and quarterly socials in every office. Our teams have enjoyed summer BBQ's, pub quizzes and amazing lunches. Our team is growing, but we are still very close, getting along both in and out of work. We're pretty lucky that we like coming to work and genuinely love what we do.
