We have two legendary contract teams taking the market by storm having grown 100% in the past year. Our Dev and Creative team cover all things front end through to creative and design roles. We work good margin business with an average WGP of £430. We have an average of 14 runners per person, with our top consultants having over 30. We’re looking for a Principle consultant for this team with the view to split the team in two, separating the Dev and creative teams into 2 separate entities. Our other contract team (which their manager would argue is the better one!!) is the transformation team. They work on massive projects across London, supplying upwards of 40 contractors on to their client sites, in fact they did this 3 times last year. We’re looking for senior / principal consultants who are eager to step into a management position quickly to grow this team.
