The Reading Perm team are legendary, they pull and fill jobs like it’s going out of fashion and have a fill rate of over 90%. With average fees of over £7,000 and operating across core technology skillsets there are some great examples of individuals achieving over £250k of revenue. We’ve even had rookies do almost £200k in their first year. Leveraging off existing business, picking up all the perm jobs the contract team pull while also developing your own accounts, there really are a multitude of ways to pick up jobs.
