• Working closely with candidates and clients (incl. big names, plus disruptive start-ups and dynamic SMEs) • Developing and nurturing new business relationships to help grow our current client base • Collaborating with Onezeero consultants to open up new business channels within various vertical markets • Managing the entire 360 recruitment process – from qualifying job descriptions with business decision-makers through to the delivery of offers and closure of candidates • Engaging and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates (aiming to split your work time by 60% in the office and 40% at in-person meetings)

You have the chance to take direct control of your earning potential via our margin-linked commission structure. That means your commission is linked to the fee you agree with your client. The more you agree, the higher your commission (on a monthly basis). So, for example: • £100,000 salary at 20% = £20,000 billings • Commission would be 20% of £20,000 = £4,000 for one placement!
