Whether you're a 360 consultant or a resourcer, you have the chance to take direct control of your earning potential via our margin-linked commission structure. That means your commission is linked to the fee you agree with your client. The more you agree, the higher your commission (on a monthly basis). So, for example: • £100,000 salary at 20% = £20,000 billings • Commission would be 20% of £20,000 = £4,000 for one placement!

Our recruiters bring talent and personality to the table. In short, there’s a 1997 skipping rope champ of East “Landaaan", a part-time nightclub owner, and a relative of Eddie Murphy's (yes, the actor!) among us. All in all, our Onezeero heeroes and heeroines - as we affectionately call them - make this a fun place to work. Other highlights are: • Friday wrap-up, led by a member of senior management (you'll find them sat on the sales floor among our teams) • Socials: Thai feast in the office, cooked by pros? Was ace.
