Set up in 2016, Gresham Hunt are a collective of experienced consultants specialised within Global Financial Services fulfilling both permanent and interim requirements within: Audit Risk Compliance Cyber Security Finance & Accountancy We operate on both a contingent and retained basis, with roles ranging from Associate through to MD-level across a variety of award-winning clients. Headquartered in London, we also have offices in Amsterdam, Frankfurt and New York.
• You will have a threshold defined by your basic • Each quarter, you will be paid 25% of everything above the threshold • However, annually (financial year), if you hit the following, your yearly earnings are guaranteed at: o Bill £150,000 - £179,999: Basic + bonus = 35% of billings o Bill £180,000 - £199,999: Basic + bonus = 37.5% of billings o Bill £200,000 - £249,999: Basic + bonus = 40% of billings o Bill £250,000 - £299,999: Basic + bonus = 45% of billings o Bill £300,000+: Basic + bonus = 50 % of billings • Examples: o Bill £150,000, earn £52,500 o Bill £180,000, earn £67,500 o Bill £200,000, earn £80,000 o Bill £250,000, earn £112,500 o Bill £300,000, earn £150,000 There is a separate management commission structure which we will be communicated to anyone at that level.
