Your mission is to generate new business with these top companies across the UK as well as both the established and emerging recruitment centres in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. You will create meaningful relationships, taking a long-term view over short term gains.

You'll be working closely with Customer Success (Jen) and liaising with Talent Team (Sophie).
o Systematically map the market to identify best-suited recruitment companies for the Hunted platform. o Leverage Hunted’s existing client relationships to drive business growth o Inspire and educate prospects on the value of Hunted’s hiring solution versus alternative hiring options. o Demonstrate the benefits, features and practical applications of the Hunted solution to prospective clients via both in-person and web-based meetings o Collaborate with peers to develop target account strategies, identify opportunities and share best practices o Develop and refine sales collateral and other material to support your activities o Track all prospecting and account data in Hunted CRM o Stay up to date on industry news and on Hunted product developments o Network with industry vendors and suppliers to leverage new business opportunities and develop partnerships o Working with the Hunted customer success and on-boarding team to ensure smooth post-sales process for customers
o Deep understanding of the both the recruiters’ job search options and limitations as well as the importance and difficulties of hiring staff into recruitment organisations and teams o A passion for technology and our mission to disrupt the rec2rec industry o A passion for the recruitment industry and a belief Hunted will help raise the standards of recruitment environments and calibre of recruitment talent the industry can attract o Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels across an organisation o A natural relationship builder and networker o Strong commercial acumen and a strong sales track record o High attention to detail and diligence to maintain good process supporting sales activities o A passion for all things start up and an insatiable desire for learning and self-improvement
- A base salary between £25,000 and £35,000 depending on experience. - Commission on sales and any up-selling. - Share options in Hunted as we believe all early employees should own part of the company.
