You are the driving force in telling our story to recruitment companies worldwide and getting them onboard so we can help them realise their business goals by building their teams through an employer brand strategy.
As a Sales Exec, you will target the very best recruitment companies, who can offer the best career paths to our talent users. We have very aggressive growth plans, but we are focused on maintaining the quality of the companies and opportunities on our platform.
Your mission is to generate new business with these top companies across our core locations of London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney and New York and beyond. You will create meaningful relationships, taking a long-term view over short term gains.
What you'll actually do...
o Systematically map the market to identify best-suited recruitment companies for the Hunted platform.
o Leverage existing client relationships to drive business growth
o Educate prospects on the value of Hunted’s employer brand solution
o Demonstrate the benefits, features, and practical applications of the Hunted platform to prospective clients
o Collaborate with peers to develop target account strategies, identify opportunities and share best practices
o Develop and refine sales collateral and other material to support your activities
o Track all prospecting and account data in CRM, analyse activities to refine sales strategy and and provide data-drive reports to leadership
o Network with industry vendors and suppliers to leverage new business opportunities and develop partnerships
o Working with the Hunted customer success and on-boarding team to ensure smooth post-sales process for customers
o Consistently meet and exceed personal and company objectives
