Hunted is launching an embedded solution for our clients. This means team members will split their time between Hunted HQ and on site with clients acting as the internal recruiter for a fixed length project. As an onsite Talent Advocate you'll be an extension of your client, you will consult on employer branding, help refine their employer brand presence and hiring forecasting; and with direct access to line managers you'll truly understand the brand USP's and opportunities. You'll offer a massive advantage to our clients giving them access to our talent community. You have to be passionate about recruitment. Hunted is the first technology platform dedicated to this space, and it's your mission to build talent pipelines and help our partners meet their hiring goals.
Your goal is to attract talent to help your clients meet their hiring goals. Everyone at Hunted works closely and you'll be welcomed with open arms. You’ll be able to work with our Marketing team to devise a content strategy to support your client's hiring objectives. You’ll be able to help design feature updates to the Product and Tech teams and work with them to constantly improve the product and user experience. This is a truly strategic, diverse role that will enable you to draw on many skills. It's safe to say you'll never get bored working at Hunted. You will work with a wide range of diverse recruitment businesses- we match you with clients you'd love to work with. You'll meet as many appropriate candidates as possible, build a strong talent pipelines based on requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage social media strategy for your client and devise email marketing strategies to connect the opportunities with the appropriate audience.

🔑 Establish partnership with hiring managers, assess the recruitment priorities and forecast hiring 🔑 Work with client to re-fresh brand profile, schedule photo shoot and ensure latest vacancies are live on Hunted 🔑 Devise and manage advertising and social campaigns to attract candidates 🔑 Manage diverse channels to surface top quality candidates- sourcing via the Hunted CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and via your own networking activities 🔑 Coordinate supporting activities with the talent team at Hunted HQ 🔑 Plan content features with Hunted content manager to drive engagement with client company 🔑 Assist Talent users in completing their profiles to a high standard to share with hiring managers 🔑 Pre-screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

There are no bitter, failed recruiters here at Hunted. A background in rec-2-rec is advantageous, for obvious reasons. Equally, any previous experience in online advertising, funnel/conversion optimisation, content marketing, event planning will really help your success in the role. There's a great bonus structure to motivate you but also incentives based on overall company success. There are no egos at Hunted, just good people working together towards a goal. Just like in recruitment, you can get a lot done on the phone and it will be one of the best ways of engaging the talent. Unlike most recruitment roles, there is NO SALES, but you need to be a natural networker to build your candidate network. You'll be representing Hunted onsite with clients so we look for likeable, articulate and bright people who challenge the norm and can think creatively.
