Once you've been with us four months, you'll be enrolled with Nest who look after our pension scheme. Hunted pays 3% on salary with a contribution of 5% from you. Which means 8% of pre-tax earnings going to a big pot for your future.
We use OKRs to track performance throughout the quarter, on top of financial goals where applicable. So there's always the chance to bump up your salary every 3 months..
Business Equity or Options
We're rolling out our group options scheme in 2020. We use Vestd, a digital platform which enables our team to manage their equity online. It means you can benefit from the effort you put in. And with more longevity than a salary or bonus scheme.
Podcasts we're on
- We recently moved offices and are now based in Clerkenwell. Our office is part of the Workspace Group who own 60 other properties in London. Meaning we always have a home if we're out and about at meetings. We've moved office a fair bit in the last couple of years as we keep growing. We're now settled in Clerkenwell with a penthouse office to match our lofty ambitions. The office is decked out with a dart board, a table tennis table and an indoor basketball net. We've also installed a bar and added some decks to our sound system for our resident DJ to play around with.
This year, we're donating to vulnerable children's charity instead of our usual secret Santa.
