Our commission structure works on a sliding scale, starting at the threshold which is 50% of your monthly target. We then have a few accelerators to get you motivated to ‘smash through’ your targets as well as quarterly and consistency based incentives. Threshold - £10,000 Monthly Revenue – Paid 10% commission £10,001 - £20,000 Monthly Revenue – Paid 20% commission £20,001 + Monthly Revenue - Paid 30% commission. As an example, a £150,000 biller will take home over £20,000 on top of their basic salary.
