ROLE: Delivery Account Managers

Purely focussing on Operations and Delivery. The Delivery Account Manager gets the best of both worlds - candidates are supplied by the Resourcing team, and client opportunities are provided by the Sales Account Managers. The "DAM" will facilitate the interview process, assist with quality control, and maximise on all opportunities within existing clients. You will be responsible for candidate care throughout the interview process, manage offers and contracts, and process contractor extensions.

Annabelle

Annabelle joined us as a Trainee Resourcer in February 2019 and it didn't take her long to make her first placement! She's been ringing that bell almost non-stop ever since!

ROLE: Sales Account Managers

Exciting New Business Development roles. We don't do cold-calling here, we don't count your calls or hit you with a ruler for not reaching your call targets. This role is purely about networking, picking up leads from the rest of the team, and maximizing on all opportunities. We offer commission schemes that reflect the amount of work you do - up to 15% commission on placement margins, with annual revenue targets ranging from £140,000 to over £1 million. You'll be fully supported at all levels by our wonderful Managing Director and Account Director.

ROLE: Resourcers

Resourcers are often entry-level roles in Recruitment but they are among the most pivotal. Finding the right candidates and building long-term relationships is the basis for any good recruitment company. Our Resourcers work on client-specific pods, so they can get to know our clients inside out. This helps them to understand the role requirements and track down the best candidates. Being so client-focussed also means that progression routes into Account Management are clear. We have a policy for candidate-sharing and we frown on "sharking" (stealing each others candidates). As we've been a recruitment company for 20 years, we've got a huge database of candidates who we regularly keep in touch with to help them with their next roles. Our commission scheme is paid per placement, rather than having to hit a minimum revenue target.

Mike

Mike is our Delivery Account Management Team Leader... he also manages the training for all of our Resourcers. He describes himself as the "Dad" of the team - and we couldn't agree more!
