Job Summary

Why are we hiring?

We are growing our software commercial team to meet client demands and to take advantage of a market which is more buoyant now than we have seen in many years..

Due to some market slowdown during 2020, we have witnessed significant hiring activity in 2021, where clients who were previously hesitant in making hires, are now making up for lost time. Not only are these clients making every effort to catch up on their growth objectives, they also sense that confidence in consumer spending has returned and the vast majority of software companies are scaling up for major growth.

VC and Private Equity transactions are on the rise, which is fuelling software businesses growth. We are helping these innovative businesses achieve their growth targets and offer their customers significant value.

Whilst the majority of our clients are hyper growth, disruptive software vendors, we also work with some of the largest most recognised household technology and consulting brands on the planet.

More on our clients and market focus:
We recruit in three main markets, Cyber Security, Enterprise Software and the Technology Services & Digital Transformation sector:

Enterprise Software & Cyber Security
Our software clients tend to be disruptive, often venture backed software vendors whose aim is to enter a market, grow their market share and to rapidly increase their workforce across multiple geographies and skills functions. The primary goal
for these vendors is typically an exit – IPO or trade sale.

Technology Services & Digital Transformation
We partner with multinational IT Service organisations that are consulting with clients to define and devise next gen infrastructure as well as driving digital transformation within their customer base.

Roles you’ll recruit:
As an Account Manager you will be focused on recruiting commercial hires which include Sales, Marketing, Associate Partners, Partners.

on the delivery of assignments.

You’ll be tasked with attracting candidates for the accounts through headhunting, networking, recommendations and referrals as well as managing applications through job board adverts.
