Working in partnership with the Director for the Brighton office, we are looking for a talented consultant to help grow market share within the enterprise software market. We have more retained work inbound than we can deliver, which is why we hired dedicated delivery resource in order to satisfy client demand. However, the ideal situation would be for a Principal level Consultant to come in with the idea that he / she swiftly moves into head of / Manager - Enterprise Software and is partly fed retained mandates and builds a team under him / her to accelerate our growth. The ideal background would be one who’s clients are software companies. We typically deliver commercially oriented hires (leadership, sales, marketing, some professional services roles) for both venture backed startups and major fortune 100 brands. Whilst exposure to similar markets and roles within our core focus would be perfect, we remain open minded to what your current focus / experience may be.
