You will be joining the global headquarters of JD Ross; personally developing an international desk across 3 continents on some of the largest Energy projects and biggest companies in the world! Following the huge success of our business' international development in Sydney, New York and Amsterdam we are even better positioned to support our clients worldwide! The team in London has a history of success both locally in the UK and in developing markets such as North Africa or South America. As an established and successful consultant you will have responsibility and a high level of autonomy to build and develop your desk whilst benefiting from having the JD Ross Senior Management team situated in the office for continuous support, along with that of the wider Opus Talent Solutions business who share the sales floor and help create a fantastic atmosphere and culture.
* Be a market leading professional networker within the Energy/Renewables space * Grow and develop a specialist permanent or contract recruitment desk within a niche area of the industry i.e. Wind / Solar / Energy Solutions etc. * Attend UK and international industry events * Create and maintain business records to increase your profile and footprint within your market * Develop your solid lead base of relevant prospective clients and candidates * Continue to lead generate to build on your pipeline of new business opportunities within your market. Identify and qualify these opportunities * Play a major role in growing the business sales revenue of the HQ business * Continually seek to develop your skills as a contract or permanent recruiter at a senior, niche, specialist and executive level i.e. the ability to win large project hires or pitched retained business respectively
