You will be joining the newest international venture of JD Ross; leading the charge on dominating the Benelux! Following the huge success of our business' international development in Sydney and New York we are extremely excited about what we can achieve in central Europe! The team is small but consists of some experienced Consultants who were previously working the Dutch market for JD Ross in London and took the opportunity to move to the Netherlands. Although the team is small it benefits from being an integral part of our parent company's office/culture (Opus Talent Solutions) which is an established recruiter within the Netherlands. As an established and profitable consultant you will have responsibility over building and developing a successful recruitment desk in the Energy space, leveraging our excellent relationships across the Benelux. With a new office and an outstanding track-record/reputation in-country the potential for career progression is limitless.

* Be a market leading professional networker within the Energy/Renewables space * Grow and develop a specialist permanent recruitment desk within a niche area of the industry appropriate to the Netherlands i.e. Wind / Solar * Attend industry events * Create and maintain business records to increase your profile and footprint within your market * Develop your solid lead base of relevant prospective clients and candidates * Continue to lead generate to build on your pipeline of new business opportunities within your market. Identify and qualify these opportunities * Grow new business sales revenue in the Dutch Energy market * Continually seek to develop your skills as a permanent recruiter at a senior, niche, specialist and executive level i.e. the ability to pitched retained business or secure a project hire * The candidate will play a key role in the future development of the Amsterdam office and JD Ross' presence in Central Europe
