* Be a market leader within the Renewables space * Grow and develop a team of Contract consultants to be leaders in the market * Attend industry events * Create and maintain business records to increase your profile and footprint within your market * Develop your solid lead base of relevant prospective clients and candidates * Continue to lead generate to build on your pipeline of new business opportunities within your market.
