About Us

Rewind to 2007, to a storage facility in Battersea, from humble beginnings The Oho Group grew quickly. Within a year we had knocked through the wall to take the unit next door and in year 2 week took down the other wall to grow further. Now with offices in Victoria we are a new breed of tech recruiter with a casual atmosphere and serious ambition. Having only hired our team from graduates and grown from within we are now looking to open our doors to experienced recruiters to capitalise on the opportunity our core markets present.

Commission Scheme

We think our commission scheme is competitive and rewards peak performance. It looks like this : £0-14,999 @ 10% Once you hit £15,000 in a month you then earn 20% on anything over £10,000 £15,000+ per month @ 20% However it can get really great, really quickly... Get to over £60,000 in a quarter and you will earn 30% on everything else you bill above that. Plus, bill big and anything over £400,000 is paid @ 40% We knew we had a really great scheme, now we know we are up there with the best in the business. We were recently featured in a LinkedIn post by Hunted themselves on the 6 Best Commission schemes in the industry & we were there!
