Ideal professional experience includes all or most of the following: Previous experience working successfully as a sourcer and/or a recruiter. Understands delivering against hiring plans in technology led companies, ideally internationally. A demonstrable background establishing and building stakeholder relationships. As a key member of our team, the Technical Sourcer works closely with our Client Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop strategies to find candidates for an engagement within our ‘Scale-Up’ business unit. Our ‘Scale-Up’ business unit focuses on delivering multi-year recruitment programs for companies undergoing a period of hyper-growth. Current clients include Klarna and Autonomous Intelligent Driving (a subsidiary of Audi developing the software stack for self-driving cars) and many others! Within such engagements you will act as the ‘candidate pipeline engine’ driving candidates to Client Recruiters and Hiring Managers. In order to achieve this you will design and implement sourcing and attraction strategies, deploying tech tests and conducting phone screening. You will use practical and creative ways to find candidates, and you will invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly personalised, multiple touch approach.
