Don’t worry, a lot of recruiters we speak to don’t know the exact differences. Here’s what you can expect… We work following a thorough 20 working day search cycle. The cycles work like this: Step 1: Utilise exhaustive research methods to identify long lists of potential mid to senior level candidates operating in the most respected companies. Methods stretch far further than a simple Linkedin trawl. Step 2: Build solid relationships with potential candidates. This is done by hosting /attending events, publishing interesting collateral, starting intelligent conversations. Far more than spamming individuals with poorly written job specs. Step 3: Introducing high level candidates that have been taken through our bespoke screening process. Our clients requirements are always our first priority. Step 4: Work directly with client and candidate to ensure smooth interview process and offer negotiation. Offering useful advice at all times.

Define hard. You have to be more thorough than a typical agency recruiter. If you’re comfortable sitting on social media finding candidates, this is not the job for you. We need out side of the box thinkers, hard workers and those with a commercial awareness and flair. And with every recruitment role, be happy in a headset.

On average we find recruiters are happier because we work a retained basis meaning you earn commission before a project even starts and with salary levels on average 100k+ the commission is great. But more importantly we are seen as real industry expert, adding genuine value to our clients recruitment strategy. Over 95% of our business is outside the UK, so you’ll get to speak with and learn many international cultures. And who doesn’t like international travel to meet customers!

We're really proud of our commission structure. Here it is in all it's glory: - £0 - £10,000 = 10% - £10, 000 - £20,000 = 20% - £20,000+ = 25% There's absolutely no threshold on this at all - so you're earning on every penny. Last year we had people in the business taking home 60k+ in commission!
