ROLE MISSION

As a resourcer, you will sit within the Talent Operations team, where you will be a company expert in talent pooling, internal and external communications, talent benchmarking and market mapping.

You want to work in a candidate focussed role and are driven by great candidate experience. This role would be perfect for someone who has recruitment experience and really enjoys the people focus of the role, but is not looking for the sales element.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

The People Team has 35 people globally all working to deliver our mission of building the best teams in the world. We are a friendly bunch that love dogs, collaborating and learning together. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

The team's activities are varied, one day you could be supporting one of the senior talent partners with a hard to fill role, the next exploring and mapping out the creative market anywhere in the EMEA market. the main day to day tasks include, but are not limited to: • Researching and market mapping areas that we have new clients - competitors in the area, commutable locations, creating linked in projects • Talent pooling position that we are always recruiting for - identifying and keeping in touch with the best talent in the industry • Keeping in touch with passive candidates with upcoming opportunities • Tagging candidates in our database and revisiting them when suitable opportunities arise • Helping to implement & update processes in the team • Creation and maintenance of a “black book” of talent • Ensuring that all candidates are receiving a positive experience with the team

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

• Experience and understanding of the creative industry and recruiting into it • Ability to have open conversations with people to gain understanding of their skills and experience • Experience recruiting into the German market would be a huge advantage, but is not essential • Great organisational skills • Great attention to detail under pressure • Solutions focussed approach to all tasks
