Sitting within the wider people team the talent success team are ambitious, hard-working team at the heart of OLIVER’s growth. We look after four areas – new long-term hiring, external short-term support, internal career moves and resource management. You will be working within the team being a company expert in sourcing, selection, offering & on-boarding new hires across UK and international.
• Managing all aspects of the hiring process for range of vacancies across a variety of levels & locations and skill set with the best talent. • Holding role briefings with hiring managers/internal stakeholders acting as a business partner managing expectations, educating on the recruitment process, time frames & talent. • Leading and advising business stakeholders on the process of predictive hiring. • Building talent pools allowing for long term hiring solutions. • Proactively researching the necessary sourcing methods locally in new international markets including job boards, sourcing tools & agencies where necessary to ensure talent pools are built in advance • Managing candidate communications efficiently & empathetically whether they are successful or unsuccessful with their applications
• Experience hiring Internationally with an understanding of creating talent pools from scratch in new territories. • A passion & proven track record for finding the right people for the right roles. • Experience using relevant tools. • Strong attention to detail under pressure & working with high volumes • Desire to ensure a positive candidate experience at all times.
