We know you probably know the day to day expectations of the job by now...but here they are (just incase)... - Play a mission critical role in helping build out our presence on the East Coast. - Act as a key contact to clients, delivering an outstanding service and develop personal relationships to yield repeat business for you and your business unit. - Setting the pace for your team by meeting revenue targets and therefore build a reputation as one of Meet’s best consultants. - Develop (with support and training) the skills to mentor and support junior members of staff. - Consistent contributor to new business opportunities by considering and applying all routes to market and commercial decision making. - Provide thought leadership to candidates, clients and peers. - Autonomously prioritise own work load, both in terms of personal billing and mentoring. - Act as a role model for the team; demonstrating our values and inspiring a strong work ethic amongst the team.
We're looking for someone: - Who would relish playing a mission critical role in scaling a business and being part of something special! - With a minimum of 2 years CONTRACT recruitment experience (If you've got experience in the Life Science sector that's great, but it's not essential)! - Experience of consistently hitting deal and growth targets (this one is essential)! - Good at maintaining high positivity and motivation amongst a team, driving them to achieve the business goals. - Commercially-savvy and adept at spotting opportunities to increase revenue. - Clear and strong communication skills. - Someone who thrives in an autonomous environment but also enjoys being part of a close knit, friendly team.
