Our commission structure is designed to encourage high performance. Achieving your individual targets will result in increased earnings, a higher percentage of commission, and promotion. 💰 You earn commission for every placement that you make, big or small. Entry level recruiters earn up to 12% of commission for all the revenue they generate. This is approx. 12K GBP in commissions, if you reach your targets. Experienced Recruiters can expect commissions up to 29%.
