As a Senior Tech Recruitment Consultant, the core of your responsibilities will be the management of existing accounts & new business generation. We work on a lot of cross-regional clients and introductions to other offices and regions are encouraged and rewarded. 🗺 Through cross-selling and leveraging account relationships and market knowledge, you continuously generate business in a sustainable way and will make your own business decisions relating to your client portfolio. You will lead by example 🕺 and mentor and train junior Sales Associates in the team.
You have been in recruitment for 2-4 years, in IT/ Technology (but we are open to different backgrounds as well). 👩💻 You know what recruitment is, you understand how to develop successful client relationships, and you can deliver. You will be a Senior Consultant within a well-established perm/temp practice and will be expected to take a Team Leader role. Our commission structure is designed to encourage high performance. Achieving your individual targets will result in increased earnings, a higher percentage of commission, and promotion. 💰 You earn commission for every placement that you make, big or small. Entry level recruiters earn up to 12% of commission for all the revenue they generate. This is approx. 12K GBP in commissions, if you reach your targets. Experienced Recruiters can expect commissions up to 29%. With 3 years of Recruitment experience, you could expect to earn 50K GBP; 5 years of experience could see you earning 75K GBP annually. Additionally, if you are a team leader you can receive overrides on the performance of your mentees. If this were not enough, we also give 20% commission for each K2 University license that you sell. Our top performers on the team are making in excess of 200K GBP per year. 🤑
