What You Will Do

As a Senior Tech Recruitment Consultant, the core of your responsibilities will be the management of existing accounts & new business generation. We work on a lot of cross-regional clients and introductions to other offices and regions are encouraged and rewarded. ๐Ÿ—บ Through cross-selling and leveraging account relationships and market knowledge, you continuously generate business in a sustainable way and will make your own business decisions relating to your client portfolio. You will lead by example ๐Ÿ•บ and mentor and train junior Sales Associates in the team.

What We Look For

You have been in recruitment for 2-4 years, in IT/ Technology (but we are open to different backgrounds as well). ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป You know what recruitment is, you understand how to develop successful client relationships, and you can deliver. You will be a Senior Consultant within a well-established perm/temp practice and will be expected to take a Team Leader role. You are proactive, collaborative, self-motivated, and willing to coach, mentor and develop other members of your team ๐Ÿค“ Besides that, you have an inquisitive strategic mindset and are looking for a company where you can go beyond the "pure sales" approach in favor of a solution-oriented mindset ๐Ÿง  You take pride in building relationships and understand that in order to be successful in your career, you need to find a team focused on collective growth ๐ŸŒฑ and that challenges you to be better every day!

Training Program

Your Team

The Madison Kay (affectionately called MadKay) Team is K2's specialized European permanent team. MadKay behaves like a startup within K2; you will boost your career by working with a very united team that takes pride in building close partnerships with their clients. Part of K2 since 2017, its members are spread across 2 different offices: London and Madrid. The team started back in 2014 and since then generated more than 3 Million Euro in business in the UK, France, Germany, the Nordics, BeNeLux, and Spain. ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท and ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช are the most important growth regions. The clients you will work with are Global Consultancies, Big4s, Startups, AI/Cyber Companies, FinTech... Your mission will be to further develop accounts within cross-industries and service clients in France, Belgium/Netherlands, and Germany. MadKay lives and breathes tech, specializing in the following tech clusters: Enterprise cloud & on-premise ๐ŸŒ Cyber security ๐Ÿ” AI & Big Data๐Ÿ“ก (and you will become an expert as well)

The Specifics

MadKay is looking to increase its delivery capabilities in French, Dutch, and German-speaking markets. Language skills in French ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท or German ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช or Dutch ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฑ are a plus.

Commission

Our commission structure is designed to encourage high performance. Achieving your individual targets will result in increased earnings, a higher percentage of commission, and promotion. ๐Ÿ’ฐ You earn commission for every placement that you make, big or small. Entry level recruiters earn up to 12% of commission for all the revenue they generate. This is approx. 12K GBP in commissions, if you reach your targets. Experienced Recruiters can expect commissions up to 29%. With 3 years of Recruitment experience, you could expect to earn 50K GBP; 5 years of experience could see you earning 75K GBP annually. Additionally, if you are a team leader you can receive overrides on the performance of your mentees. If this were not enough, we also give 20% commission for each K2 University license that you sell. Our top performers on the team are making in excess of 200K GBP per year. ๐Ÿค‘
