During the first 6 weeks of your career with K2, you will receive structured training and learn about all the tools that you need to be successful in your new role. From the outset of your career at K2, whether you're coming in from university with zero experience in recruitment or if you're an established professional, we will champion your development. Our career navigation allows associates' growth to be bound to their success in a streamlined, transparent process.
Our commission structure is designed to encourage high performance. Achieving your individual targets will result in increased earnings, a higher percentage of commission, and promotion. You earn commission for every placement that you make, big or small. Entry level recruiters earn up to approximately 12% of commission for all the revenue they generate (12K GBP in commissions, if you reach your targets). Experienced Recruiters can expect commissions of up to 29%. With 3 years of Recruitment experience, you could expect to earn 50K GBP. 5 years of experience could see you earning 75K GBP annually. Additionally, if you are a team leader you can receive overrides on the performance of your mentees. If this were not enough, we also give 20% commission for each K2 University license that you sell. Our top performers on the team are making in excess of 200K GBP per year. 🤑

It also helps us perform precise searches using geographical location, as well as searching through CVs written in a language other than English.
We provide a variety of courses for the K2 community. We work with professionals to ensure they have the right set of skills to respond to an increasingly demanding market. We also support students to get them certified on topics such as SAP and Salesforce to maximize their employability.
