Our team is headquartered in our Santa Monica office in Los Angeles and are currently looking to expand globally specifically in our brand new Austin Office! We approach the industry from an uncommon vantage point, adept in providing a spectrum of Financial, Technical, Commercial and Operational expertise. We possess intimate knowledge across the energy cycle and specialise in the following areas: Global Markets, Oil and Gas, Energy Finance, M&A, Renewables, Power Generation, Distribution, Energy & Utilities. Our team is headquartered in our Santa Monica office in Los Angeles and are currently looking to expand globally across Austin, EMEA and APAC.

Your Autonomy

→Responsible for your own desk and entire recruitment process →Market mapping, generating leads, and building a client and candidate pipeline →Attracting and engaging passive and active candidates →Developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients →Participating in presentations with external clients and key industry figures →Securing interviews →Closing deals!

We are High Performing

Figures have been counted for end of year and a whopping 43% of online billers billed in excess of $100,000 USD January - March across our global business! Even if bench-marking everyone at our entry level comp this means that close to half our consultants are taking home a minimum of $30k in commission for this quarter alone!
