Job Summary

Our Banking and Finance Division has been with us since inception at GQR and remains an integral part of our business. Our client list ranges from elite hedge funds, prestigious investment banks, prop trading groups, private banks, commodity trading houses, asset managers, private equity firms, M&A advisory firms and corporate finance boutiques. We are seeking experienced consultants within our highly regarded middle office division. If you are a subject matter expert in quant risk, credit risk, risk management, treasury, compliance, governance or audit we are keen to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

→Responsible for your own desk and entire recruitment process →Market mapping, generating leads, and building a client and candidate pipeline →Attracting and engaging passive and active candidates →Developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients →Participating in presentations with external clients and key industry figures →Securing interviews →Closing deals!
