GQR Global Markets are seeking an Internal Recruiter to join our expanding team TA team in New York. If you have 12+ months experience in the recruitment sector we want to hear from you! Essential Duties and Tasks

Attract high performing talent through job board monitoring, referrals, and headhunting, etc. Facilitate effective communication with candidates through duration of their interview process including but not limited to: scheduling conversations/interviews, providing interview feedback, initiating new hire conversations, conveying necessary company information, etc. Perform manager intakes to determine hiring needs and selection criteria for vacant opportunities and hiring manager allocation for new starters Assess candidate qualifications at every stage of the interview process to determine fit for position and organization Organization candidate information through ATS system Greenhouse (interview feedback, notes from conversations, etc.) Participate in weekly team calls to align global TA team with organizational initiatives, update the team on main objectives and projects, and foster accountability with key tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required Knowledge or previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems highly preferred Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Experience in full-cycle recruitment and/or previous experience in sales-driven environment Strong understanding of Microsoft office suite

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge on administrative tasks such as: word processing, managing sensitive documents and files, form design, etc. Knowledge in sales cycles with preferred understanding on 360/full desk recruitment sales cycle Excellent interpersonal and relationships building skills Demonstrated dependability and reliability when working with potential employees Ability to manage high volume of applicant flow and candidate data Skilled in quality control with the ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness of work to ensure the best quality Skilled in candidate assessment with the ability to adapt methodology according to candidate and organizational goals Ability to drive consistent processes and full-cycle recruitment practices Skilled in workplace flexibility with proven ability to “shift gears” in relation to organizational goals and needs Skilled in emotional intelligence with the ability to use emotional information to guide and influence behaviors
