Our commission scheme is paid in 2 parts: monthly plus a quarterly kicker! Monthly = 20% of all billings over £5000 threshold Quarterly Kicker = 20% of all billings over £30,000 quarterly threshold Monthly Billings Jan - £10,000 Feb - £15,000 March - £20,000 Monthly Commission Jan - £1000 Feb - £2000 March - £3000 Quarterly Kicker = £3000 TOTAL = £9000 on quarterly billings of £45,000
