The role...

Based on the performance to date and anticipated plans we seek to appoint a Manager to lead and grow our Technology division.

This is key management position within Allura Partners and you will report to the Managing Director. You will also partner experienced colleagues working within the Emerging Technology arena focusing on the architecture, development and data domains.

Additionally, you will be handed work from the Directors as they place executives in the C-suite market.

What experience do you need?

Experience of recruiting within the Technology space is a must. If tech is your second language - this is the role for you. You will have a strong track in billing, client relationship building and leadership. Ideally, you will currently be a leader of a small team or mentor to junior staff. A track record in attracting talent to your team/business is also advantageous.

You will have a minimum 5 years recruitment experience. It is also expected that your go get attitude will not only rely on the work and relationships handed to you but will drive you to develop additional relationships and business.

In doing so, you will maximise your potential, learn from your leaders and colleagues, have fun, be busy and be financially rewarded beyond your expectations. In addition to an attractive base salary, you will be offered a market leading commission scheme and path to Directorship and profit share, based on your performance.

Main duties

- Leading and managing the technology division
- Building and maintaining a desk focused on delivering temporary, contract & permanent recruitment solutions; with a focus on mid to senior level roles
- Effectively communicating the service offering to all existing clients of Allura Partners including CEO’s, CFO’s (if relevant), HR executives and Heads of Talent
- Business development across the broader market to build service offering awareness, win new business and execute temporary, contract & permanent recruitment
- Building an appropriate candidate database to meet the needs of the market
- Attracting and appointing a team of experienced and culturally aligned temporary, permanent or hybrid consultants
- Hosting relevant industry client and candidate events to continue building brand awareness
- Contributing to the leadership, culture and growth aspirations of Allura Partners
