What experience do you need?

Experience of recruiting within the Technology space is a must. If tech is your second language - this is the role for you. It is expected that you will relish the opportunities, relationships and work given to you and in turn apply your skills, experience, network and attributes to maximise outcomes.

You will ideally have 2-5 years recruitment experience and a degree qualification is preferred. It is also expected that your go get attitude will not only rely on the work and relationships handed to you but will drive you to develop additional relationships and business. 

Main duties

 - Conducting extensive business development to existing and new clients to build service offering awareness, win new business and execute temporary, contract and permanent recruitment
- Providing tailored recruitment solutions for temporary, contract and/or permanent positions
- Key account liaison for major clients
- New business development, client retention and regular on site client visits
- Negotiate terms of business to set up PSA’s for clients or join existing PSA’s
- Cold calling clients and candidates
- Cross-selling for other areas of the business
