An exciting opportunity has arisen within our technology team at BIE Executive due to career progression and business expansion. BIE is recruiting for a Director to be responsible for supporting all aspects of a search from identifying potential clients and candidates, to attending client meetings, talking to candidates on the long list and interviewing the shortlist. As a fast learner, you will be expected to identify commercial opportunities (leads) whilst speaking to candidates. You will be expected to generate and deliver on assignments using your current network plus roles introduced to you via the BIE client network. Typical technology assignments include: • Chief Technology Officer • Chief Information Officer • IT Director • Director of Technology and Operations
• Attending key client meetings. • Ensuring you have a complete understanding of all search assignments. • Identifying high calibre professionals through head hunting, networking, referral seeking, using online business tools such as Linkedln and our CRM. • Screening and assessment of candidates for shortlisting. • Face to Face meeting of candidates, where appropriate. • Unearthing business leads and market information pertaining to clients we work with or are keen to work with. • Preparing formal weekly update reports for consultant and client review on all live assignments. • Staying in regular contact with key senior candidates. This is an opportunity to build your profile and generate leads for BIE. Senior candidates are also potential clients. • Writing job profiles for online job boards – monitoring response and determining appropriate action.
